Comprehensive Manufacturing and Distribution Strategy

Bounce Infinity will provide contract manufacturing services for Zapp’s electric motorcycles at their Bhiwandi plant, adhering to specifications provided by Zapp. This partnership is expected to expedite Zapp’s commercial rollout in key urban areas across India. Additionally, Bounce Infinity will assist Zapp in obtaining necessary approvals for product homologation, aiming to complete the process within 120 days from the agreement’s effective date. The companies are also exploring a distribution partnership to enhance the availability of Zapp’s products nationwide.
