Once operational, the plant is set to make Goyal Salt one of the largest players in natural salt production in India.

Expanding National Presence with Premium Salt Offerings

In addition to the Gandhidham facility, the company operates another major unit in Nawa City, Rajasthan. Spread across 15 acres, this plant specializes in salt refining, raw salt storage, and packaging of refined salt, with a capacity of 2.1 lakh tonnes annually. Goyal Salt’s product portfolio includes high-quality industrial and edible salts, such as Triple Refined Free Flow Iodized Salt, Industrial Salt, Double Fortified Salt, and Triple Refined Half Dry Salt.

The company has built a strong foothold in North India, catering to states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Bihar. It is now eyeing a top-three position among salt brands in India by expanding into Western markets, including Maharashtra and Gujarat, as well as Eastern states such as Odisha and Assam.

The plant will play a critical role in strengthening our presence in key regions like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha, and Assam,” he stated.

India currently ranks as the third-largest salt producer in the world, highlighting the sector’s growth potential. Goyal Salt is leveraging this momentum by ramping up production capacity, diversifying its product range, and enhancing its market penetration. With this new facility, the company reinforces its commitment to delivering world-class salt products to customers nationwide.
