INA Solar Enhancing Production Capabilities
INA Solar, a leading name in India’s solar panel industry, has initiated the construction of its third manufacturing plant. Positioned strategically along the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway in Sawarda, Jaipur, Rajasthan, the new facility represents a significant investment of ₹400 crore. This move is aimed at bolstering INA Solar’s contributions to India’s burgeoning renewable energy sector and increasing its manufacturing output.
During the ground-breaking event, Chairman Manish Gupta and Managing Director Vikas Jain shared insights into the plant’s future. Spanning 109,000 square meters, the facility is set to produce 3GW of N-TYPE/TOPCON solar panels and 12,000 metric tons of aluminum frames annually.
Job Creation and Economic Impact
The construction and operation of the new plant are expected to generate over 800 employment opportunities, underscoring INA Solar’s role in regional economic development. This initiative is poised to enhance local job markets and contribute to sustainable growth in the area.

Deepak Jain, Chief Technical Officer of INA Solar, emphasized the company’s established market presence and its listing on the BSE-SME platform. Ranked among India’s top 10 solar panel manufacturers, INA Solar is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and reliability, meeting international certification requirements such as IEC, ALMM, and BIS.
The panels produced are integral to several government projects, including the Jal Jeevan Mission, Kusum Schemes, BSNL projects, and the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana. These initiatives align with the Make in India campaign, furthering the nation’s renewable energy goals. The new manufacturing plant is a strategic step towards meeting the rising demand for clean energy solutions across the country and beyond.
