Euler Motors Strategic Expansion of National Operations
Euler Motors has officially launched its latest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing facility in Palwal, Haryana. Spanning a substantial 5 lakh square feet, the facility represents a significant investment of ₹100 crore and is poised to serve as the company’s central manufacturing hub. With a production capacity of 36,000 vehicles annually, this new plant will support Euler Motors’ ambitious plans to expand its market reach from 26 cities to 40 by the 2024-25 fiscal year.
Advanced Manufacturing and Research Capabilities
The facility features a state-of-the-art automated assembly line, powered by a proprietary manufacturing execution system (MES), designed to enhance production efficiency and precision. This cutting-edge plant is also equipped with advanced testing facilities, including dyno-testing, shower testing, and a dedicated testing track, ensuring that each vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. Additionally, the facility integrates research and development (R&D) labs that collaborate closely with engineering experts to drive innovation in the EV sector.
Commitment to Local Production and Sustainability
Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, emphasized the importance of local production, noting that the Palwal location was strategically chosen for its robust supplier network. The facility aligns with the Make in India initiative, focusing on technological advancements and sustainability. It incorporates advanced waste management systems and a circular groundwater recharge system, reinforcing the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility. As Euler Motors targets a 15 percent growth in FY25, this facility will play a crucial role in meeting increased demand and adapting to market changes with agility.
