Encore-Alcom, a prominent manufacturer of aluminum doors and windows based in Hyderabad, has launched its new manufacturing plant in Surat, Gujarat. This facility, India’s largest for aluminum doors and windows, is the first in the country to feature advanced auto robotic technology, marking a significant milestone for the industry.
The new plant covers 1,84,000 square feet and employs 500 people. With an investment of Rs. 60 crores, the plant has the capacity to produce 35,000 square feet of products daily, using cutting-edge German technology. The company is also preparing to showcase its latest innovations at the AceTech trade fair in Hyderabad, starting January 24.
Achieving Global Recognition with Record-Breaking Products
Encore-Alcom has made a significant impact in the industry by manufacturing India’s largest sliding door, measuring 20 feet in height and width. The company also successfully installed a sliding door weighing 3.6 tonnes as part of a major project. The designs are engineered to be highly user-friendly, with ease of operation even for young children. The products are becoming increasingly popular in newly established restaurants, cafes, and outlets, both in India and internationally.
Expansion Plans and Job Creation
Encore-Alcom is preparing to expand its global footprint by entering the markets of Australia and the Middle East. The company manufactures high-quality aluminum doors, windows, railings, and glass facades, with rollers imported from Slovakia. The company sees metal doors as the future of the industry.
With the launch of this new plant, Encore-Alcom has created 500 direct and indirect job opportunities. This facility is the company’s second in Surat, following an earlier 60,000-square-foot plant with a production capacity of 10,000 square feet per day. Encore-Alcom claims that its products outperform competitors by 300%.
